WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY 2ND STIMULUS MONEY TO BE DEPOSITED INTO MY TURBO CARD ACCOUNT

You should have assess, it's turbotax fault. Turbotax should not have their name endorsed on the card if they don't want to be blamed. As for me, turbotax is the blame. You'll are like everyone I know, wanting to blame someone else .
