Why haven't I been paid when you already have? No records on your website also, why not?

What does the IRS say?  Have they sent it?  <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/refunds">https://www.irs.gov/refunds</a>
Only the IRS can tell you why or when.

Log back into your TurboTax account and click on File in the left-hand navigation.  If you did not complete the filing process, the program will prompt you to begin the filing process.

If the return has been filed, use the e-file status lookup tool to check the status of the return.
