Why don’t I have the refund advance option but I have all the qualifications?

Whatever the computer came up with for your return did not offer the option.  We do not know why that is happening to customers who should qualify for it.  You might want to want a few days and try again after January 27 when the IRS opens.  Some people have not had it offered at first and then it was offered later.  But we have no information of why that is happening.

Here are a couple things to check:

• If you are using a TurboTax partner affiliate link to use the software, the Refund Advance will not be available.
• If you select the 5 Day Early Refund Delivery, you will not see the Refund Advance option, but you can return to the refund selection page and find all the options listed.
