Being Accepted by the IRS just means it was received without any e-file errors.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

TurboTax and the IRS are just not using the same verbiage.  TurboTax is telling you that the IRS accepted your return for processing.  Now the IRS has it, and will process it until they approve of your refund.  When they approve of the refund they will provide a date on the refund site.
