Why does the irs site say its pending but i recieved email that it was accepted? Am i accepted or no?

Are you sure the IRS website says Pending?  It normally says received or Approved or Sent.

Yes the IRS Accepted your return.  But accepted only mean they verified your identity and accepted FOR Processing, not that they approved it.  Now they process it THEN they Approve it.
