Why do print file and save as pdf keep opening in Photoshop as individual page files? How do I open in a normal pdf reader or print preview?

You can deduct it as long as the vehicle was used for business purposes (as a business expense).  If you used the vehicle for personal reasons you cannot take it as a deductible expense.
