Why did one of your workers lie to me about the 5 day for 25 said I would get an advance refund if I chose that and that's a lie

So I'm paying 25 dollars for no advance just to have my refund 16 days before is crazy I want my 25 dollars since I'm not getting an advance I want my money falls advertising I can wait 21 days I paid 198 dollars for nothing so someone can review my return I could of asked a person I know that does taxes to do that I want all my money back I could of went somewhere else and had more for the money I spent here for nothing I'm so upset right now
