If you are entering your Federal amount only prior to any fees deducted if applicable and still no information is populating on the IRS Where’s My Refund? site or app, it may be due to an overload of traffic on the IRS site, site issues or possible updates. I would suggest continuing to check back on the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool. Updates are made daily, usually overnight

Where are you seeing information that you are referring to as being incorrect - in Turbo Tax or on IRS WMR? Please provide more details so that we may better assist.

@shelleyjameshead:  Is the WMR stating it has no record of your return?  Please see the Help Article here that goes into further detail concerning the IRS having no record of your return.

To double-check your e-filing status, please go to the site here

Are you entering your information with the total refund (not reducing by any fees paid)?  Please see the Help Article here that goes into further detail concerning the IRS having no record of your return.

The IRS is also operating at mission-critical functions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which means there will be service delays with the following:

  • Live phone support
  • Processing tax returns filed on paper
  • Answering mail from taxpayers
  • Reviewing tax returns, even for returns filed electronically

For more information, please see this article issued by the IRS.
