Why couldn't I print my return and be able to look it over (IN PRINT) before submitting?

Pay the preparation fee and register -- then you can see your entire return. 

Visit the Print Center to get the ball rolling.

Baloney. I paid and THEN COULD NOT PRINT TO SEE BEFORE FILING.
