Why cant I print a copy of my alabama state return that I just completed so I can file myself by mail?

My Deluxe 2018 DVD product calls for a Federal return/federal e-file/state returns, but now that I completed it I get a message that Alabama forms are not available, is this a true statement? I cant even print out the Form 40 that we just completed, why not?

So far the answers I have seen only restate the problem but someone at Intuit needs to respond to this problem.

None of the Alabama state forms are yet available for printing. They have an estimated date of being available on 02/21/19
