Why can't Turbotax include reference to the Colorado Tabor Refund when entering information under State tax Credits and taxes? I missed out on my refund for 2023.

I'm concerned that I will miss the 2024 Tabor Refund in Colorado when filing with TurboTax because in the 2023 it wasn't included and I didn't receive the $800 refund. When i ask Turbotax about a Tabor Refund in the 2024 Colorado state return it isn't addressed. Have others encountered this issue?

If this is a known issue, it's March 25, 2025, there are only weeks until the tax deadline.  How long does it take to fix?  After the fiasco caused with Colorado returns filed in 2024, shouldn't this have been fixed months (a year) ago?

Unbelievable.

If your modified income is positive, the credit is available and working. It is only the negative MAGI that needs to be resolved. Here are the steps to get the credit:

  1. Open your program to CO
  2. Go to the CO taxes are ready for us to check
  3. Select Other Situations
  4. A few things before we wrap up screen
  5. Select sales tax refund
  6. Incarcerated, select yes or no
  7. Filed by Oct 15? select yes
  8. You are getting the refund
