Why can't I get an answer. I applied for the turbo advance. It was the choice I checked on how to receive funds. My federal was accepted on the 19th. I want info on advan

Since this is new this year AND the IRS was late getting started it is hard to say exactly when you will get the card ... since the IRS formally started accepting returns today (even though you got pulled thru the early testing phase) so I would guess 5 - 10 days from now. 

How fast can I get the cash advance?

Once the IRS accepts your e-filed return and if you are eligible and approved for a cash advance (no-interest loan with $0 loan fees) and the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, the cash advance amount will be loaded to the card that’ll be delivered in 5-10 days.
