If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, you will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here:  TurboTax Debit Card Login

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account here:  TurboTax Debit Card Report Lost or Stolen.  You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

For some reason some of us are having issues receiving because as I have found out by going to the IRS website. They did not have my direct deposit info for my turbo card. BULL CRAP. So I had to submit it on the get my refund tool within the IRS website. Here is the link to find out about your stimulus check. https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment

I am sorry you are having problems, however, if you had your 2018 or 2019 tax refund put on your TurboTax Debit card, that is where your Stimulus Payment will be deposited.

If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here:  TurboTax Debit Card Login

The IRS site states that my money was deposited onto my Turbo card yet my balance is zero. I verified my account and routing number. Why do I have a zero balance?
