Why can i not see the state status like i can the federal on my tax home page?

What does the state status say?   

Mine says nothing besides I may have entered my information incorrectly, yet I know everything is correct. I have entered my social number correct along with my filing status and amount but there is no info available on the irs refund status page. So I dont know what to do?
