Why are previous year tax returns not showing up? I am leery that this is a fake website.I have used Turbo tax for years. Why is it treating me like it has no info?

Then you didn't log back in to the same account.  That's common.  Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
