Why are my Home Energy Credits going up but my refund is not changing at all?

Why do I see the amount of my Home Energy Credits (Energy-Efficient) increasing in TurboTax but my refund remaining unchanged?

The energy credits section of TurboTax is not yet ready for filing because it has not yet been updated for 2023. Form 5695 is tentatively expected to be available February 8. (That date could change.) Try entering the credit again after February 8.
