If you claimed the Earned Income Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC), that may be the reason that you are seeing a delay in receiving your refund.

The IRS website states: The IRS expects the first EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by the first week of March, if direct deposit was selected and there are no other issues with their tax return. Please continue to check the IRS Where’s My Refund site for your personalized refund date. You should see your status updated a few days after February 15, 2020.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ: Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act for more information.

Additionally, please see this TurboTax FAQ: What is the Additional Child Tax Credit? to see if this is a credit you may have claimed.

It sounds like you fall into having EITC/ACTC on your return. Therefore, you will not receive your refund until after the PATH law lifts. Although some people who claim these credits may see their refunds before this month is over, the IRS expects many taxpayers to start receiving their refunds the beginning of March.
