who sends the tax refund if the direct deposit doesn't work

The IRS is saying they sent direct deposit and turbo tax is saying that their was a problem with direct deposit, they will now send via mail. How do I contact about this matter?

If the bank you selected for the direct deposit rejects the deposit it is sent back to the IRS.  The IRS then will mail the federal tax refund as a check to the address on the tax return.

Is there some other factor involved that you haven't mentioned? For example, did you select the option to have your TurboTax fees taken out of your refund, or to get your refund up to 5 days early?
