While amending my AR state return, TurboTax failed to copy the explanation as to why I am amending from the amended Federal return. How does one report bugs like this?

On the Review Your Explanation page, TT states "Here's the explanation of why you're amending your Arkansas return. This was transferred from your federal return." It is blank although I did provide a reason on the amended federal return mere minutes ago.

that's not a bug.

your state amendment is different and you have to explain the changes on your state form, not those on your federal form.
