Where's my refund says no information turbo tax email excepted 3 days ago what do i do

Please allow 24-48 hours to get notification from the IRS on whether your return is accepted or rejected. This could take a little longer depending on how large their backlog is. Until they accept or reject it, they won't have any record of it

Is there a separate e mail to come from the IRS saying my return has been accepted that is different from the one I got from Turbo Tax?

Same thing happened to me . Mine was accepted 2/13/2021 . I check where  is my refund and it said we received your taxes and it is being processed. Today I got no info found . Not sure why.

My e mail from turbo tax saying the feds accepted my return was on 2-11-21 the day before the IRS was supposed to be getting returns and getting this from the IRS sitll

It can take up to 21 days from acceptance for the IRS to issue your refund, but most refunds can be approved sooner than that, while a small handful may take a little longer. Please refer to the help article below.

I have seen the article however my question is not so much is where is my refund but why is the IRS essentially saying the same thing the e mail I got from turbo tax is saying that I have to wait 24 hours before seeing the refund status at IRS.gov. It has been over 72 hours and still can not see anything. I am also concerned that the e mail from turbo tax saying the return had been accepted came on 2-11-21 and when I filed my return turbo tax (and the IRS on line help) said that electronic returns filed before 2-12-21 would be held by turbo tax and then submitted on 2-12-21. So trying to make sure my return in not lost and has really been received and accepted by the IRS.

This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
