Where's my federal refund?

Hi, I filed my federal return by mail in early- to mid-May (I had too many W-2s to e-file) to Ogden, UT center. Still no refund via direct deposit. I went to irs.gov, where's my refund, check refund status, entered my info, IRS says can't find anything, blah blah, check to make sure your info is correct, etc.  Is anyone else having this result/problem? It's been over six weeks since I filed my correct return, still no refund and no info from the irs.gov portal.  Has anyone tried calling the IRS?  Can you talk to a real person?  Any good phone numbers to try?  I appreciate any help, any suggestions, anything!  Thanks.

In normal times mailed in returns would take 6 to 8 weeks to process however we are not in normal times therefore it will take probably twice the normal time. Until they actually start processing your return and enter it into the system it will not show up on the IRS where's my refund site so all you can do is check there once a week until you see it is finally been entered into the system.
