Please try this print option:

Please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then select Tools on the left, Print Center and choose the print center, then select returns and choose to print just the tax return or to include all worksheets as well.

Dana B- If I E-filed and had that form still, do I need to pay again or have I already paid online? And do I still need to mail the form? Thanks.

If you selected to pay by check then you will need to mail in the form with the payment.

I did not select either- I paid for the TurboTax Services via credit card- so would what I owe Indiana be charged on there as well? Also is there a way to view a receipt for everything?

No, if you did not select to have the amount withdrawn from your bank account and entered the date to have the amount withdrawn then you will have to mail in a check for payment.  Or you you can pay online: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.in.gov/dor/4340.htm">https://www.in.gov/dor/4340.htm</a>

1. Please log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up
2. Select Tax Tools on the left side of the screen and then Tools.
3. A Tools Center box will pop up on your screen with four blue boxes.
4. Select the My Fees box on the right.

Last question: If I just paid my Indiana debt on the IN DOR revenue do I need to still mail in the PFC letter?

If you pay online then you do not need to mail the PFC letter.
