TurboTax would have no access to your stimulus payment. If you had your TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund, the IRS did not have your direct deposit information for the stimulus payment and would have sent it to the bank that took the fees out of your refund. That bank would have declined the deposit and the IRS would have issued a paper check and mailed it to you at the address on your tax return. Could that be what happened? Was your address on your tax return correct? The IRS may not have processed your check yet if that is what happened.

this makes zero sense. my state refund was deposited so how doesnt the irs have my correct dd info if its says it was supposed to be deposited april 15. irs stated all people had to do was file their taxes: they will automatically have the dd info based upon 2018/2019s return or most current return and even when I checked the stimulus status its still coming up under my 2018 address. But you guys still send me a bill for using turbotax when i marked in my return to just take the fees out. and more than likey my stimulus will be mailed to an address out of state which is a major inconvenience.this issue needs to be resolved; either way im not using turbotax again.
Are the last 4 digits of the bank account shown on the Payment Status notice correct? If not, does the US Post Office have your correct address?

All we can do is direct you to the IRS web sites. TurboTax gets no information about the status of stimulus payments. Things seem to change frequently with how the IRS handles all of this.
