Where is my advance

It says my advance was approved and sent to turbo debit card but it isn’t there when I logged in

Once you're approved and your Refund Advance funds are ready, you should receive an email with a virtual Turbo® Visa® Debit Card that you can use to make purchases online. Have you received that email yet? If you have and the funds are still not on the virtual card, please call for further assistance: 888) 285-4169
