Did you file with Turbo Tax in 2015? 


if so make sure you log in with the same TurboTax account information you used last year.

 

If you're not sure what email/user ID you used, run this recovery tool https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ on any email addresses you may have used.
