Where in Turbotax to declare excess gift to daughter

I am working on my father's estate as he died in early 2021.

He gifted $30,000 to my sister in 2019 but his taxes did not reflect that.

I cannot find how to navigate to wherever you declare this amount in TT 2019. I was guessing Misc Tax Forms but could not find it.

I think I will need to amend this taxes for 2019.

Recipients of gifts do not include the amounts on their returns. The giver of a gift over the yearly allowance files the return. for 2019, that amount was $15,000. You will need to file a Form 709 for him for 2019.

TT does not support Gift tax forms.
