Where does NYC form 1127 line 6 go to in NY state IT 201? If this refund goes to balance due instead, does IT 201 need to be amended?

Form 1127 is supposed to be mailed out not efiled. I made a mistake so it went from balance owed to refund. However my state IT 201 form has already been efiled. does it 201 need to be amended?
