Where do I report Interest Income paid to me by the IRS for their delaying my federal refund? It does not show up as a bank or investment account type.

The IRS delayed paying my Federal refund of $9,834 submitted in February via turbotax until December as a result their delayed payment included $484.40 of interest income.

Complete a Form 1099-INT for interest received.  In the box Received from enter the IRS.  In box 1 enter the amount of interest received.
