There are no refund anticipation loans before you can actually file your tax return. At that time—not likely to be earlier than late January or early February—there may be advances available in certain states if you e-file and are getting your refund on the pre-paid Visa. But if you were hoping for a loan before the holidays TurboTax is not doing that.
