Where do I find my 2014 tax liability if I only have my W2?

While filing my return, I found I need info regarding my tax liability from 2014 return, for the state kicker, and I don't really understand where I would find that having only a W2?

You would have to get your last years liability off of your last years tax forms.  Your federal tax liability amount is found on Form 1040 (line 63), Form 1040A (line 39), and Form 1040EZ (line 12).

If you need your state liability, look for the line that says total tax on your state return.
