Where do I enter additional federal tax paid as a result of receiving a CP23 letter from the IRS? Thanks.

Federal tax you paid is not deductible so you do not enter it anywhere on your federal return.   There are a few states in which you might enter federal tax paid:

Alabama, Iowa. Missouri, Montana, and Oregon.
