Yesterday around 10:30 am a turbo tax representative returned my call and graciously assisted me step by step how to correct my rejected TurboTax. I appreciate how he guided me to make needed altercations. Before I knew it I had received an email saying my taxes have been accepted. 👍 Thank you.

The lady that helped me get my taxes done was a gift from God. She was a wonderful help that was extremely kind and completely knowledgeable for every single part of the entire situation. I live in California. She was so patient and her explanation was very clear. I would like to give 5 stars to her support.
I recently did a survey and stated the disappointments I experienced with Turbo Tax. Since then I was contacted by TurboTax Support. Sally a support contact was able to fix all issues and filed my return which was accepted and processed and I am now going to receive my return. Sally was so helpful in finding the issues and explaining them to me. She encouraged me to keep using TurboTax in the future and I will. TurboTax is very fortunate to have Sally on their team. Thank You

The Lady that did my Taxes helped me out a lot.I got them done March21 or 22or 23. she was very professional and good.
I have used TurboTax for years and this is the first year I am dissatisfied..I do not believe you will fix it so therefore I do not think I will be using it again..I was supposed to get an 850 refund instead I got 752..I believe the 59 I paid for was not worth it and I don't know where the rest went..I questioned the secondary company with absolutely no response to where was the rest of the money..I have dealt with this company for years I doubt I will return.
I'm Nikkita, I'm leaving a survey here because unfortunately when I did the one they sent me I was very frustrated and answered poorly and improper. With that being said Ken was very helpful and extremely patient with me and getting to the ground of my problem. i appreciate the assistance i got from him. thank you

Had a really tough time first time around filing electronically.
Needed some help because of a transmission issue to CRA.
Turned out that my Firefox browser was not compatible with the process so I am grateful for the assistance I received from your rep. Took some time but we figured it out and all seems to be good.
Worth the service charge, next time I'll use a different browser.

This year was a real struggle. There was too much that went wrong that it is hard to explain. I have had so much success with Turbo Tax in years past, that I took it for granted that my full service person knew what they were doing. As it ended up, I paid too much for the service and I ended up needing to contact the service department to help me finish my taxes. For readers, be actively involved in the process. Get a price up front, and insist on seeing each step of the process. I did not take ownership and trusted the process too much. It ended up costing me a lot of extra time and money.
I wish turbo tax will help me file my taxes I don't know how this site sucks
