TurboTax no longer sells or supports any year prior to 2018 since those years are closed for refunds. Even if you could find the software you would not be able to update it and the software without updates is useless.
You can download prior years forms from the IRS website and do it by hand - the old fashion way.

Since you have several years I suggest going to a tax professional.
Refunds for tax years 2017 or earlier have been forfeited and will not be paid to you even if shown on the tax return form. But if you owe tax due, you will still have to pay, and you will be billed later for the interest and penalties owed.
What --- if anything--- have you been doing to file tax returns from 2013 onward? Are you behind on those tax years, too? Why are you suddenly wanting to file from so long ago?
If you have not filed a tax return since 2008, and you need to file, you should seek professional tax help.

if you are due refunds for any of those years, it's forfeit for lack of timely filing. if you owe the IRS can come after you forever.
