Where can I find the federal identification number on my insurance card? The only id numbers I can find are my member ID, Group #, and Rx Group #. I have Premera BCBS.

Where are you being asked for a Federal ID number for health insurance?  What section of the TurboTax program and is this for a Federal or State tax return?

It is for the state return portion and it is asking about it in lieu of 1099-HC
