Where can I find my 2021 form 1040X? It is required to be submitted with my FAFSA and I can't find it anywhere!

I don't remember having made an amendment to my 2021 taxes, but I did make an amendment to my 2022 taxes after forgetting to include some income. Financial Aid is requiring I upload this document, though, and after checking my Tax Return PDF's I still haven't found anything in reference to this document in 2022 or 2021.

Where on the FAFSA form are you being asked for an amended tax return, IRS Form 1040-X?

If the financial aid office at the school is asking for a 2021 amended tax return that you never filed, then you need to speak with the supervisor since whomever is requesting the form does not know what they are doing.
