Where can I find my 1040ES amount for 2017? I calculated it but chose not to print vouchers as I have them from the IRS. I can't find the amount in my tax return pdf.

Use the instructions below to access that section of your return after you have filed.  When you go back through, you can get the calculated values from the screen.

  1. Log into your account (make sure correct username)
  2. On the homepage, click My TurboTax tab and then My Tax Timeline
  3. Scroll down to the section below your 2016 return entitled "Some Other Things you Can Do"
  4. Click "Add a State"
  5. This will allow you back into your return without amending (you don't need to actually add a state)
  6. This should bring you to a new homepage welcome screen
  7. Click Federal taxes > Other Tax Situations > Other Tax Forms > Form W4 and Estimated Taxes (or use the search feature and search for "W4" and click the jump to link.
  8. Once you start this section again, click that you wish to prepare estimates
  9. The next screen should give you the amounts for your current estimated tax payments.  If you wish, you can keep going and then tell the program you wish to print the vouchers.  Then, go to My Account > Print Center to reprint your pdf and the ES vouchers should appear.

OMG! Why this cryptic runaround? I paid for filing the taxes, why can't I just see all forms and worksheets when I log in via a more intuitive menu option? But thanks, I found the information via the above steps.
