Where can I find form 8962 to print

Please see The IRS is requesting Form 8962 for 2019 for information and instructions for completing Form 8962.

This doesn't work. It still shows my amount of refund PRIOR to amending it.

@kelliknightlender You should not be amending your return, unless the IRS instructed you too. You would print the Form 8962, next, find your Form 1095-A. This won't be in TurboTax. You should have received a paper form in the mail from your marketplace. If you didn't receive a Form 1095-A, sign in to your Healthcare.gov account to download a copy.
