I read on another post that we either didn’t get offered it or missed it while filing. Apparently it’s super hidden or not offered and after we submit we’re SOL. I’m so upset

If the advance was not offered to you before you filed, then you were not eligible for some reason.   You cannot get the advance after e-filing.  Sorry.

I have done my taxes myself on turbo tax and the advance refund was a proved.  But my taxes were rejected for an error and I got frustrated so I asked the experts to check and fix the small error they refilled and it was except I'm asking did I lose my advance refunded when they refilled my taxes. I did not think of asking be for submitting it to be filed.

No, if you originally chose the Refund Advance, that selection remains.

Here's how to check your Efile Status at the IRS Where's My Refund? link, so you can see when the IRS has sent your Refund to the bank.

Make sure your CK account is still open, and ready to receive the deposit.

Here's how to get back into your return after Efiling and then How to Get a PDF of Your Return.
