Whenever I try to check my refund it says the information I entered is incorrect, What am I doing wrong?

Same problem here as well. What does this mean?? When I call the IRS automated voice response system it states it's being processed and that's all it says.

Mine within the last 25ish mins PST time went from WMR is unavailable to the message you're getting. I've got child credits. I think it just has to do with the system updating.

Okay that makes sense. I had that thought cross my mind as well but when my friend was able to log into her WMR and see her status right after I couldn't and received that message ... I became more worrisome & I still am. I am hoping that's what the problem is,
