When TPG says a refund has been sent as a pending bank print check, what does that mean

That means that TPG could not make a direct deposit for you, so is mailing you a check.

It is usually within 5 days from the date of mailing will you receive the check. However, you can contact SBTPG as they should be able to tell you why the check was issued.
