Delete the Form 1095-A.  Then re-enter the Form 1095-A manually.

If it added amounts to months that you did not have coverage for then it will affect your tax return.  The premium tax credit will be reduced by the amount of months you received the credit.  If you have already filed your return, you can amend your return once your return has been accepted and processed by the IRS.  If a refund is being received you will want to wait until you receive your refund prior to amending your return.

If you have not filed your return you can still make changes to your 1095-A form.  Follow these steps to change the 1095-A entries:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click the down arrow next to Deductions and Credits
  3. Click the edit icon next to Affordable Care Act 1095-A
  4. Click Edit next to policy
  5. Manually update form

So they won’t reject my refund they’ll just make the changes when processing my documents. I was already accepted and the irs have it . I filed with a dependent so I know I have to wait until the 15th to get approved or rejected . Just concerned

If you have already submitted your return and it's been accepted by the IRS for processing, there's 2 things that could happen:

1) The IRS will process it as you filed it and give you the refund you expected.

 2) If their system finds a mistake or catches any discrepancy, they will send you a letter with more instructions.

It's recommended that you wait until the IRS fully processes your Tax Return before making any changes, to avoid a delay in processing. Once your Return has been fully processed, sign back into your account and complete and submit an Amended Return, and fix any mistakes previously made.
