When printing my 2016 return dark horizontal lines print across the page. The lines show up in the same place and have identical placement every time. Not the printer!

The 2014 and 2015 returns and all other documents print fine.

That sounds like a bug that appeared several months ago. There is a conflict between certain versions of Windows 10 and certain versions of Adobe acrobat that cause this to happen. Make sure you download and install all the latest updates to Adobe acrobat and any updates to windows 10 that you have not installed yet. If that does not fix the problem, try one of the third-party PDF viewer programs that you can find as shareware on the Internet.
