When I try to open turbo tax for 2014 and 2015 they both crash. They crash even when I use the original discs. Unfortunately I forgot to save these 2 years to PDF.

I will assume that this is the Mac version since Windows has not problems.

2014 & 2015 worked fine until Apple put out a Mac update that was not compatible in OSX 10.13.3.     TurboTax does not crash - an internal Apple supplied function crashes. TurboTax offered a script to edit the installed application and fix it  (the normal update procedure could not work since the software must be running to update and it would not run.

Unfortunately TurboTax only supports the last 3 years of TurboTax and after the 3 years was up the script was removed and is no longer available.

The 2014 software also required the "Secure Print Server" to be able to print or make PDF's and that server has been gone for years so even if 2014 ran, printing is not possible.  (Why an external server was required to print is a long story that had to with Apple licensing.)

you can register at the IRS website and then see if transcripts for those returns are available online.

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

or you may try calling the IRS at 800-908-9946

finally, you can submit form 4506. the IRS is supposed to keep copies of tax returns for 6 years but not all those years may be available online. 2014 may no longer be available anywhere.
