When I resume working on my taxes, why am I asked to put in info I already did? Did Turbo Tax program change?

After calling MAC and TURBO TAX, I'm answering my own question.

Here's the problem:  Turbo Tax needs to fix their online program  to work with the latest

MAC OS  which is Big Sur 11.2.3.  At very least alert me that TT can't accommodate my Mac OS.

If you charge, please update: work out the glitches.
