When I print my federal return it is missing page. Noticeably the 2nd page that requires signatures. I need it fixed. Can you help?

For 2018, the form "look" has changed.   Pages 1 and 2 are both half-page forms, but the IRS allows it to be combined on a single page, which is how it will print out.

So your Form 1040 should have both Pages 1 and 2 on the same side of the printed sheet.  The signature section is in the middle of the page.  It is no longer on Page 2.   Then below that, in the right margin you should see the label "Page 2" for the bottom half of the form.

This year the signature page is the first page of the Form 1040 as explained in the Answer below.   Pages 1 and 2 of the Form 1040 are actually half-pages now but print on the same page.   So the signature section is in the MIDDLE of that page.
