When I go to the track my refund on the irs page this comes up. Verify your filing date; check with your tax preparer or tax software provider; verify you received email

My filing date is correct and I did receive an emailing saying it was accepted.

Though you answer is helpful it does not help this situation.
Why can't the irs page find my accepted refund?
