When I finished it asked me to print/mail Form 8885. My employer paid for 100% of my health insurance costs for every month. How do I fill out the form? Thanks!

The HCTC or Health Coverage Tax Credit that is claimed on form 8885 is for a limited group of people that includes the following: 

An eligible trade adjustment assistance recipient, alternative TAA recipient, reemployment TAA recipient, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) pension payee, or a qualifying family member. 

If this did not apply to you, you may need to amend your return and check your answers for the healthcare section.
