When I fill out an Amended (PA 40X) It says to attach the PA 40. Do I have to redo the original PA 40 return as well as fill out the PA 40x?

When you amend your PA return, a new 1040 is generated.  Print out the PA 1040 and 1040X and send them both in.

Well I am manually doing this. not via turbotax. So should I fill out a corrected pa 1040? and send with the 1040x?
