When I filed last year online with H&R block my identification had to be verified but i never made it into the irs office so i never recieved my return what should i do

Best thing to do is to contact your local IRS office and see what they need from you. If you are still due a refund they will be able to assist in getting that to you and let you know what they need from you to be able to process the refund.
