When I file Irs refund status they shows me "We cannot provide any information about your refund" and recommend me read "tax topic 152". why I cannot get my refund date?

i have made some amends. can it be related to that?

Actually, if you mailed in an amendment before you got your refund, that had the effect of slowing down your refund by several months.
